Hi there! We hope you love your custom gear as much as we love creating it. At Tada Threads, we're committed to exceptional quality and service. Because every item is made just for you, please review this policy carefully before ordering.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our embroidery, digitizing, and apparel printing:

  • All personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Each piece is crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Our Mistake? We'll Make It Right!

If there is an error caused by us, including wrong designs, misprints, or defects:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at order.tadathreads@gmail.com.
  • Include photos, name, email, and date of purchase.
  • We will remake or correct your item at no additional cost.

Please Note:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Rush fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production Starts

Cancellations are accepted before production begins but will incur a 15% restocking fee, along with any fees already paid for materials or setup.

After Production Begins

No cancellations are allowed for:

  • Customized embroidered or printed items.
  • Wholesale or special orders.

How to Submit an Issue

Email us at order.tadathreads@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: "Return Request: Name of the Order"
  • Details and photos of the issue.

We will review your request within 7 business days and guide you through the next steps.
