How do I track my order?
Once your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email or Instagram DM containing your tracking number. You can use this number to view your package's status and expected delivery date.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Tada Threads is located in Riverview, FL. Delivery times depend on your distance from us and the service level chosen. Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address? If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

After Shipment: We are unable to change the address once the package is in the carrier's hands. If a package is returned to the sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).

What do I do if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive, or leave them in a concealed spot for safety. We recommend checking around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Tada Threads is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local UPS facility directly to file a claim or get GPS details on the delivery drop-off.

What if my order arrives damaged? Tada Threads is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact your local UPS or USPS facility immediately to file a claim.

Will all my items be shipped together? To save you additional shipping costs, we typically wait until the entire order is complete before shipping. Unless otherwise requested, all items will arrive in a single package.

Does "Expedited Shipping" mean my order will be made faster?
No. Expedited Shipping only shortens the time the package travels from our facility to you. If you need your items produced faster, please select the Expedited Production/Rush Turnaround option during checkout (if available) or contact us directly.
